Purchasing Goods
Making online purchases from Just Sheepskin Ltd is a very simple process. All you have to do is browse our online store and just click on any items you wish to purchase and put them in your shopping basket. Once you have finished your selection, you will be asked for a few details that are necessary to fulfil your order.
We accept all major credit cards. These include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, JCB and Maestro.
For all purchases made outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency on your credit card statement.
A currency converter has been included on our website to give approximate currency conversions.
Items are not charged for until they are ready to be shipped.
All credit card information can be sent via phone, fax, postal mail or over the Internet.
Shipping and Handling
Free worldwide delivery is provided to all our customers.
UK Deliveries are made by YODEL Courier and require a signature on receipt.
International Deliveries are made by DHL Courier and require a signature on receipt. For International deliveries outside the EU, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel and cannot be reclaimed from Just Sheepskin Ltd. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Deliveries to Russia are made by Royal Mail (please allow up to 10 working days for deliveries to Russia).
Back Orders
All products ordered are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be informed and may be offered a later delivery date.
Tax Charges
All prices shown on our website are quoted in UK British Pounds and include VAT (currently 20%) where applicable.
Credit Card Security
We do not know of any documented cases of credit card fraud using our shipping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using SSL encryption.
Guarantee
We offer a one year guarantee for all workmanship relating to the product. This guarantee does not however apply to normal wear and tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturing of the product.
Returns Policy
If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days of receipt in its original unworn condition with all the original packaging and we will refund the full product price (orders placed in November and December can be returned until 31 January of the following year).
Just Sheepskin Ltd can only accept returns of items purchased directly from us at www.justsheepskin.com or by phone on 0870 2408171 (if your item was purchased from a retail outlet please be advised that you will need to take it back to the store in question as we have no involvement with the return of stock not purchased directly from us).
Unless the item is faulty or returned in its original unworn condition, with all the original packaging within 28 days of receipt we cannot refund or exchange the item.
Please obtain and keep proof of postage, as Just Sheepskin is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Returns Procedure
FREE UK Returns with YODEL Pre-Paid Returns Label
Only to be used for items in their original unworn condition.
1. You will receive a Just Sheepskin Returns Form and a YODEL Pre-Paid Returns Label together with your order.
2. If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please use the Returns Form & the Pre-Paid Returns Label to return your item within 28 days of receipt in its original unworn condition, with all the original packaging and we will refund the full product price (Note: orders placed in November & December can be returned until 31st January of the following year).
3. Please follow the below steps to return your item:
(i) Contact YODEL Customer Services to arrange collection of your item

(ii) Tell YODEL Customer Services that you have an Authorised Return
(iii) Quote parcel number (starts with JD00022) which can be found at the bottom of the Pre-Paid Returns Label received with your order
(iv) Give YODEL Customer Services the Collection Address & Delivery Address (as it appears on the Pre-Paid Returns Label received with your order)
(v) YODEL Customer Services will give you a Collection Reference number for your parcel to be collected the next working day
(vi) Please prepare the parcel ready for collection
- Only return items in their original unworn condition
- Fill in the Returns Form received with your order
- Enclose the Returns Form within your parcel (Remember to keep your section of the returns form as Proof of Return)
- Wrap the parcel
- Affix the Pre-Paid Returns Label to the front of your parcel (after wrapping the parcel)
4. Returned items can take up to 3 days to be received by Just Sheepskin Ltd. Once received by Just Sheepskin Ltd the returned item will be processed within 48 hours.
5. Just Sheepskin Ltd can only accept returns of items purchased directly from us at www.justsheepskin.com or by phone on 0870 240 8171 (if not purchased directly from Just Sheepskin Ltd, please contact the store where the item was purchased from).
UK Returns (using Royal Mail)
1. Royal Mail is to be used to return items that are:
- Faulty (as per "Guarantee" above) or
- In their original unworn condition, with all the original packaging and returned within 28 days of receipt (Note: orders placed in November & December can be returned until 31st January of the following year)
2. Just Sheepskin Ltd can only accept returns of items purchased directly from us at www.justsheepskin.com or by phone on 0870 240 8171 (if not purchased directly from Just Sheepskin Ltd, please contact the store where the item was purchased from).
3. Please follow the below steps when returning items using Royal Mail
(i) Please include a copy of your invoice or a covering letter with your order number, full name, address, date of purchase, email and contact telephone number
(ii) Clearly state the reason for your return
(iii) Please return items to the below address:

4. Returned items sent with Royal Mail can take up to 7 days to be received by Just Sheepskin Ltd. Once received by Just Sheepskin Ltd, the returned item will be processed within 48 hours
5. Please obtain and keep proof of postage, as Just Sheepskin is not responsible for items lost in transit.
INTERNATIONAL Returns
The returns procedure for International customers is as follows:
1. Just Sheepskin Ltd can only accept returns of items purchased directly from us at www.justsheepskin.com or by phone on 0870 240 8171 (if not purchased directly from Just Sheepskin Ltd, please contact the store where the item was purchased from).
2. Unless the item is faulty or returned in its original unworn condition, with all the original packaging within 28 days of receipt we cannot refund or exchange the item.
3. Please follow the below steps when returning items:

Exchanges
For UK orders, exchanges are FREE of charge using YODEL Courier.
Upon our company receiving the returned item in its original unworn condition with all the original packaging, we will post the new requested item to the customer.
For International orders, the customer is responsible for the below cost relating to the posting of the new requested item:

Right to Withdraw
You have a right to withdraw from this agreement by providing a written notice of cancellation.
This right ends 28 days after the date we deliver the products to you.
If you exercise this right, you will not have to pay for any products and any amounts that have already been charged for will be refunded in full within 30 days of cancellation using the same payment method used when making your original payment (eg : credit card).
If we have already despatched the products that you ordered, the refund will be made after the goods have been returned to us in their original unworn condition with all the original packaging.

Should you have any problem that we should be made aware of, please inform us as soon as possible either by telephone, E-mail or in writing. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days.
